​Fred Beans Subaru of Doylestown has once again come together as a dealership to support five different charities through the annual Subaru Share the Love ® Event. The dealership recently presented its most significant contribution of $26,000 to the "Hometown Charity” of choice: the Autism Cares Foundation of Southampton.

Subaru of America, Inc. and participating retailers such as Fred Beans concentrate efforts each December to make a difference in communities where Subaru is sold.

What's in a name, folks? Some may say everything, but we here at Fred Beans Subaru believe that's judging a book by its cover. Because as much as we think the 2014 Subaru Legacy couldn't have been more fittingly titled, there's so much more to our new and used cars than the names they were given. Case in point: the Subaru WRX STI tS Type RA.

As jazzed as we were to see our favorite automaker break the Guinness World Record for the "Largest Parade of Subaru Cars," it's been far too long since we here at Fred Beans Subaru had some good old-fashioned sales numbers to send your way. Not sure why that is, especially given the way these new and used cars of ours have been flying off the lot as of late, but now that the numbers for June have arrived, have we got some news for you.

Given the recent news regarding the 2013 Subaru BRZ and the gang over at Automobile Magazine, it's safe to say that June has been a pretty swell month for us here at Fred Beans Subaru. Not that that's anything new when you've got such a fabulous lineup of new and used cars to work with, but hey, we're not ones to pass up a cause for celebration. But now that June is coming to an end, at least we've got July to look forward to.

The last time that we here at Fred Beans Subaru were telling you about the 2013 Subaru BRZ, our favorite automaker was giving us a farcical look at what to expect from its future. It was all quite amusing, but it's time to get serious. Because thanks to the brass at Automobile Magazine, we now have yet another reason to celebrate one of our favorite additions to our new and used car lineup.

The last time that we here at Fred Beans Subaru were telling you fine folks about the 2014 Subaru Forester, it hadn't even joined the ranks of our new and used cars. Strange considering how fond of it we are and that it's also the most award-winning small SUV in America. But now that it's been put through the ringer by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), we now have one more thing to love about it.

If the award-winning new and cars at our dealership are any indication, 2013's shaping up to be a pretty good year for our favorite automaker here at Fred Beans Subaru. And if there's anything that we've learned over the years, it's that when the gravy train starts rolling, it's hard to get off.

We can't speak for the masses on this one, but we here at Fred Beans Subaru don't understand why mimes have gotten such a negative rap over the years? You ever try to doing that invisible box thing? That stuff is hard! Well the beauty of our favorite automaker is that they're very much on the same page. So much so that they recently recruited one of them to highlight one of the signature features of our new and used cars.

If Homer Simpson's fleeting attempt at car design taught us anything, boys and girls, it's that "everything all the time" is a terrible platform to make a car on. Not to say that our new and used cars here at Fred Beans Subaru don't have something for everyone, but when putting together a quality car, a healthy dose of discretion never hurt. Still, the fact remains that you can't please everyone in life, so when April 1 rolled the other week, our favorite automaker figured they'd at least give it a try.

The last time we touched base with you here at Fred Beans Subaru, we were telling you all about the big developments at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. As exciting as that was, the fact of the matter is that new and used car news has an awfully short shelf life in this industry. Because now that the 2013 New York International Auto Show is in full swing, all eyes are on the Big Apple.
