Please follow these simple instructions for completing your online application. There are also instructions at the bottom of each screen in the application. If you need technical assistance, please call HireApp (First Advantage) customer service at 1-800-321-4473 ext 8, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm.

1. Click here to enter the on-line application website. It will open to a new window so you can review the instructions at the same time.

2. If this is your first time at the on-line application site, click “Register” link to complete registration on the system. You must be registered before you may start an application.

3. Complete the page for consenting to Electronic Signature and the registration screen (name, SSN, address, etc.). Select a 7 character password and click Apply.

4. Write down the PIN number that is automatically assigned to you. Your password and PIN are required to complete your application.

5. Click Start An Application

6. Enter the Position Applying For and your Password, then click Login

7. Complete all sections of the application. You will have an opportunity to review your application and make changes on the last screen. Please Note: Once you click Finish, your application will be sent to Fred Beans and you will no longer be able to access or change it.
