Fred Beans Subaru, serving the greater Philadelphia area, loves everything about the current 2013 Subaru Forester. But then again, we're hard pressed to find a new Subaru we don't thoroughly enjoy. In other words, we're a bit biased. That's why we invite drivers like you to put the Forester to your own test by taking it for a test drive.
If that's something you'd like to do, we would suggest doing so sooner rather than later. Subaru is actually planning on discontinuing the Forest in its current form as of the next model year. And while this might sound like bad news, Subaru isn't planning on leaving you high and dry. In fact, they're planning on doing just the opposite.
Specifically, a redesigned, fourth-generation Subaru Forester is on the way for the 2014 model year. It was recently caught being tested in Japan, where it was spied sporting a new front-end grille. Similar in style to that of the 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek, it features a single horizontal bar that cradles the Japanese automaker's logo.
Other details concerning the 2014 Subaru Forester are slim at this time, since the photos are not from an official reveal. Keeping that in mind, however, we're sure it won't be very long before that happens. The reason we say this is that the all-new Forester was spotted testing without any automotive camouflage, which is often used to mask changes from the public in the early stages of testing.
Make sure to stay tuned to our blog for more on the 2014 Subaru Forester. From now until when it's time to secure a car loan or Subaru lease to drive it home, we're committed to keeping you up to date on everything concerning the all-new Forester.
